For these purposes, depending on the specific purpose, we collect this data: name, surname, personal code, name of the company you represent, e-mail address, signature, power of attorney, power of attorney expiration date, connection with the represented person, query, request or complaint, information, related to the query, request or complaint, communication with the Firm, comments on a post on social media, information about post reactions, picture, message, time and date the message was received, content of the message, message attachments, response to the message, time of response to the message, information about attendance to the our events, documents and attachments sent to you, documents and attachments submitted by you, procedural documents, court rulings, resolutions, decisions, information about criminal offenses and convictions.

Legal grounds. The Firm will process your personal data with your consent and / or when the Firm has to comply with a legal obligation and / or where the Firm has a legitimate interest to do so, balancing this interest against your interests and fundamental rights.
